I'm not sure how the Gibsons' upscale house makes me feel about the fact that their ribeye is $23 per pound, but this is a very interesting article on New Yorkers who start midlife careers as organic farmers. I've bought from both Grazin' Angus Acres (not the ribeye) and Flying Pigs Farm.
